The Simplify and Achieve Community recently hosted its first interactive workshop, Demystifying AI, bringing together members eager to better understand artificial intelligence and its practical applications in the workplace.
The workshop was met with strong engagement and positive feedback from participants, who expressed interest in expanding their foundational knowledge of AI. Attendees highlighted a desire for beginner-friendly guidance, including an overview of available AI resources, how to evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy and credible sources, and best practices for using AI in human resources settings.

In response to participant feedback, our Simplify and Achieve Community is preparing its next interactive workshop, AI for Beginners, which will be held on Wednesday, May 20, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. The workshop is designed to equip participants with practical knowledge they can immediately apply in their roles, regardless of prior experience with AI. The online session will focus on the fundamentals of artificial intelligence where participants will:
- Learn about types of AI subscriptions available today
- Explore AI chatbots on the market and their intended use
- Discover how beginners can get started with AI tools at work
- Gain tips for choosing the right AI tools for a particular purpose
